Roasted Tomato Bisque

This recipe was my first viral video, I still can’t believe we are here! Perfect time to mispronounce a word so the internet can eat me alive! Either way I’m glad your here! Enjoy!

1-2 lbs of fresh tomatoes (enough to fill a 9x13 pan). 
4-10 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Olive oil
salt and pepper
2-3 Tbsp Chicken Bullion
Heavy cream. 

1. preheat oven to 425
2. Add tomatoes, onion and garlic to a 9x13 pan
3. drizzle with a good amount of olive oil, season to your hearts liking. 
4. Put in overnight for 45 minutes. 
5. remove from oven and blend, if using a blender be very careful with the hot liquid!
6. Put into pot and add in your basil, cook until it is thickened a little more, add in chicken bullion do this to taste as well! Start small and add. 
7. Serve with a drizzle of heavy cream I use about 1/4 cup per bowl!
*you can add in carrots to lessen acidity, cottage cheese to add protein, little bit of sugar to cut acidic, red pepper flakes for spice*

Add in whatever you’d like to enjoy this soup!
